Refund Policy

30-day refund

If you're not happy with Bonsai Tracker Pro or Premium, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge. No questions asked.

What's eligible

  • First-time monthly or annual subscription purchases within the 30-day window.
  • Accidental duplicate charges (any time).

What's not eligible

  • Renewals after the first billing period — cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after the initial charge.

How to request a refund

Email billing@bonsaitracker.com from the address on your account, including your order number from your confirmation email. Refunds are normally processed within 5 business days and appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Stripe as Merchant of Record

Payments for Bonsai Tracker are sold and billed by Stripe acting as the Merchant of Record on behalf of Forgione USA, Inc. Refunds are issued by Stripe to the original payment method on our instruction.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from account settings inside the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically issue a refund for the current period unless the 30-day window applies.
